Life is great. According to an interview with the L.A. Times, Dan Aykryod states that Ghostbusters 3 is looking to shoot this winter. The story is still unknown at the moment, but it’s confirmed that everyone will be back.. except one important person.
Ivan Reitman hasn’t signed on to direct yet. Aykryod claims that he’s busy at the moment. Rumors have it that Harold Ramis might take over the reigns of the directors chair. If that’s the case, then I’m personally not worried, as Ramis is a damn good director as it is. (Don’t believe me, watch Groundhogs Day)
Though what tidbits are out there is that there will defiantly be a passing of the torch, with a possible 5 new, young Ghostbusters taking over in this film. And in this modern PC world we live in, 2 might be girls!!!!!!
But hey, I’m down for anything Ghostbusters right now, and I just want to see Aykroyd see his hard work over the last 10 years to bear some sweet fruit.
